Dosage by age:
  • 3–7 years: a few drops up to ¼ tsp;

  • Perfect for: Porridge, buckwheat, salads, vegetable purees, plant-based yogurt, smoothies, homemade sauces.
  • Benefits: Nourishes the brain and nervous system, beneficial for concentration and periods of active growth, and helps balance the diet's fatty acid profile. This oil is delicate and oxidizes quickly — store in the refrigerator, do not heat.

Dosage by age:
  • 3–7 years: a few drops;

How to Use:
  • Introduce the oils one at a time — test each oil for 3–4 days while monitoring your child's reaction.
